The Sixth National Mission Meeting on Conservation of Sharks went on well and we the participants were more than what we have expected. All of them were actively involved in each and every events in the agenda. We will prepared the detailed report soon. In the meantime, here are some of the photographs from the meeting.

We are happy to invite to the 6th National Mission Meeting on Conservation of Sharks, India (NMCSI). This meeting shall be held on 17 June 2015 at CMFRI, Veraval from 9.30 am onwards.

The National Mission for Conservation of Sharks India has continued to host meetings with fishers, traders, scientists, civil society groups and other individuals around the country. So far meetings have been held in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.
The sixth meeting is now tentatively scheduled for 17 June 2015 at Veralval. The venue and other details will be informed later.

The Fifth National Mission on Conservation of Sharks will held on 24 April 2015 at the College of Fishery Science, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh at 9.30 AM. All are welcomed.
The NMCSI-5 will be held on 24 April 2015 at Fisheries College Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. Time: 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. More details will be made available as soon as we have them.
